It’s only a five minute drive to Busch Gardens, ten minute drive to the Colonial Williamsburg historical area, ten to fifteen minute drive to Jamestown and Yorktown, and a forty minute drive to the shores of Virginia Beach.

King’s Creek Plantation is a family-friendly resort that offers spacious accommodations and many on-site amenities. Gorgeous swimming pool complexes dot the resort. The year-round Aquatic Center houses an indoor junior Olympic-sized swimming pool, jetted hot tubs, and much more. Tennis and basketball courts, jogging trail, on-site barbecue. Playground, fitness center with steam and sauna, business center, and more. As a guest you will have access to all of the fine amenities available at this resort on the same basis as the timeshare owner.

Four-bedroom (double unit): TWO (2 BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM CONDO):
This is a large and very comfortable 2 bedroom luxury condo that can easily accommodate up to six people. In addition to the master bedroom with king-size bed and second bedroom with queen-size bed, it has a separate Sun-room with a queen-size pullout sleeper sofa which can double as a third bedroom. Your accommodations also include a living room, dining room, 2 bathrooms (one has a Jacuzzi), in suite washer/dryer, and full kitchen equipped with a stove, sink, refrigerator, microwave oven, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, blender, cooking utensils, cookware, plates, glasses, and tableware. Bath towels, hand towels and wash cloths, paper towels, toilet tissue, soaps and detergents, and other consumable supplies are also furnished.

This is a "lock-off" town home... Each 2-bedroom unit sleeps six people and two (2-bedroom) units combined will sleep up to 12 people.
