"Location and neighborhood got a 1 star only because it listed the property off of Williamsburg road, about 12 miles east. Which also ties into the accuracy of listing. Which was the appeal. The location ended up working out just fine, but was a little disappointed. Cleanliness was overall great, but there was an ant problem. Through the house! Kitchen counters, bathrooms, bedrooms. They didn’t pose too much of an issues, but they were noticeable. "

"We had such a wonderful stay at Koti! I can't recommend it enough. The location is perfect, just close enough yet far enough from downtown Traverse City. The beautiful woods and river behind the property made us feel as though we were staying in a tree house! Loved it!"
