"My family and I had a blast for our daughter’s birthday. We had an extra guest making it 9 instead of the max 8 and they accommodated us. The room was amazing and that bed felt great. The kids enjoyed it so much. Love that even after check out you can still stay and enjoy the whole day. Lounge and rest. They don’t throw you out of the resort. We got to still play the games and enjoy the water park which was great because the kids came home tired"

"We would stay at this property again if we ever return to Williamsburg! A perfect location, and being the end unit was perfect. The development was very quiet.Something we really appreciated.Talking to the owner was great. Very responsive. We needed a bottle opener. It seems within 15 minutes one was delivered to us! Then we discovered there was a bottle opener on the cork screw in the drawer. They went above and beyond. Plus the home is lovely, very clean and confortable furnishings."

"They are very gracious and go beyond. They are extremely thoughtful by having food for their guest so they don't need to leave right away when they arrive. The place is beautiful and well maintained. Highly recommend it as a perfect get away. "

"The house is great and is very well appointed. The hosts have made every effort to make it feel like home. The kids loved the playground in the yard and shared the trampoline with the neighbors. Great for entertaining with plenty of dishes and utensils and pots and pans. Even an air fryer!! The hosts were great and answering any questions quickly and helped one of the other families recover a Christmas present left behind. Would stay there again next New Years! "

"We had a great stay here over Christmas - the house was perfect for what we needed - three families, close to attractions, comfortable, lots of communal space but also a space to step away so it didn't ever feel too crowded even though there were a lot of us. The kitchen was really well stocked - far better than most vacation rentals - so we could cook a large dinner quite easily. The host communicated clearly and was responsive to all contacts. It worked out perfectly. "

"My family and I needed a quiet place to stay while we met up with family for a funeral. The house was clean, comfortable, quiet, and had plenty of room for 6 adults to mingle while also having space. It was close enough to the main road for access to everything we needed, while still being in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very accommodating and communicative. Highly recommend."
