"This cozy country home near Traverse City was the perfect mix of peaceful and convenient. It felt like visiting Grandma’s place. Quiet, charming, and full of comfort.We loved the spacious yard and private patio. Despite the quiet setting, we were just minutes from downtown, beaches, wineries, and restaurants. Inside was clean and thoughtfully stocked, with comfy beds and a well-equipped kitchen. The host was kind, responsive. We would definitely stay again."

"Amazing location and cute cottage. Would recommend leaving ac running if guests are checking in as the window ac cooled the place but took a few hours and it was close to 94 degrees out when we checked in. Would also recommend keeping a few coffee mugs for guests and doing a deeper clean of the bathroom."

"Great place for a family get together - comfy beds for all (12), ample towels, clean bathrooms and a good kitchen. Quick walk down to a dock to soak in the views of the bay and enjoy Lake Mi. Night sky was amazing if you like star gazing and weather cooperates. Request adjusting check out time to 11AM."

"We had the best family vacation at Jeff’s place. There were 6 adults and 5 kids with plenty to do for all ages! The paddle boards and kayaks were a big hit and the large game room. The water is shallow and clear right off the dock which was perfect for our kids! The sunsets were amazing! We hope to come back again! "

"Terrific cottage on quiet lake - great for families (lake with dock, kayak, canoe, fire pit, hammock, outdoor seating, laundry, well-stocked kitchen, etc) and just 15-20 minutes from everything in the area. No AC but cool at night even on hot days."
