Beautiful home with comfortable beds, plenty of bathrooms. The kitchen has lots of seating. It would be nicer if they had an air fryer, crockpot. The only downside was the inside temperature. We came back from a long day at the grand canyon. The temperature was 84° inside the house. It was cooler outside we had to open all the windows. It was really toasty in the back bedroom the ceiling fan didn't work. We did enjoy our stay after that first night. We just opened the windows every night when it was cooler.

Excellent stay

The home was very nice, clean, and in a safe, quiet neighborhood. Excellent communication from start to finish. Convenient location for many activities. We highly recommend staying here!

Polar Express and Bearazona Christmas get a way.

The house is fabulous. It actually looks better in person than the pictures. Roomy, clean, nicely decorated and extremely comfortable bedding. Host’s were always responsive and made checking in a breeze. The house is located as close as you would want to be all activities in Williams and in a quiet subdivision when you want to get away from it all. If your booking a VRBO in Williams I highly recommend this one!

Very nice. Middle drawer in kitchen is inoperable. It was that way when we got to the property. You can see that someone has tried to fix it before. Bolts to hold runner are missing.

Beautiful home in quiet area!

This home was beautiful and we felt right at home. The home was spacious with three full bedrooms and one smaller room with a daybed. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed and the living room had a wondeful gas fireplace that we enjoyed turning on at night. We also appreciated being able to park our rental in the garage keeping it out of the rain and frost. The location is very central to downtown Williams but it is in such a nice and quiet area. The host was very friendly! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Excellent central location

The house was beautiful and well equipped, in a nice quiet neighborhood, just off Route 66. Williams is a very quaint little town we enjoyed walking around plenty of shops to browse and food selection was great. We were able to see several areas while staying, including the Grand Canyon, Flagstaff, and Sedona all with in an hour or two.

The home was as advertised. We really enjoyed our stay. Kitchen was well stocked. Beds were comfy. Plenty of linens for bathrooms. Our contact was very accessible and answered any questions we had in a timely manner.

Amazing house in Williams Arizona near Elephant Rocks Golf Course

We do an annual golf trip to Elephant Rocks and me and a few buddies from work spent a long weekend here in late September 2023. Everything from the booking, house and accommodations were awesome. The house is very spacious and comfortable. There's also a nice patio with a grill that we enjoyed during the cool mornings and beautiful nights. Communication with the Hosts was excellent and I look forward to staying at this property for years to come!

Beautiful, clean house

The house is well furnished and the beds were extremely comfortable. Our group of 6 all slept comfortably and enjoyed cooking breakfast in the fully furnished kitchen. The neighborhood is quiet and is in a great location. We spent most of our time away from the house sightseeing, but you can tell the owners thought of as much as possibly for everyone who might stay there. We would definitely stay there again if we ever return!

Wonderful Property and Management!

Host's management company very responsive and helpful, and local. Our work trip got a lot done and we had this wonderful property to come back to every night, highly recommend! The three car garage really suited our needs. Laundry and kitchen great for a big group. Recently constructed home, and everything worked great. We had one night where the online thermostat reverted to "away" mode and the temperature inside the house dropped to 62 degrees while we slept, but we reported it and the property manager fixed it same day! Good speed and stable WiFi Internet once the manager replaced a faulty modem through CenturyLink. Critical to our business and much appreciated! Would stay again, great management company!

Awesome Stay

My family and I stayed at this beautiful home for two nights starting April1-April3, 2023. The home was perfect and even better than described. It was very clean, in a great neighborhood and large enough where we had a comfy area to ourselves, if needed. It also had large areas in the living room and dining areas where we could spend time together to eat and play games. This home was close to the Williams coaster and mountain tubing, Grand Canyon Deer Farm and Bearizona which were the activities we visited. My grandson wants to go back already so we may plan another trip to Williams and stay at this house again!

Wonderful home

This place was great! It was very clean, had very comfy beds, a fully stocked kitchen, and even Dove products (shampoo/conditioner/body wash) in the bathrooms! The owner was very responsive to our questions, and I would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful home

Had a good experience at a beautiful home. The garage door was not working and we had some issues with wifi connection. We would lose the connection from time to time. Overall our experience we good, the home is very upscale and beautiful. It is fully stocked with everything a person can think of.

Snowy Escape

I can’t say enough about this property. Accommodated our party of 8 really well. Plenty of seating, plenty of eating space, well stocked kitchen, games for the family, and very comfortable! The beds were extremely comfortable. This is a big one for us. We love our bed at home so when we travel it’s always a nice find to stay somewhere where the beds are comfortable, and the sheets were fantastic. 10/10 on cleanliness. The home is new, well kept, great layout, perfect for families to hang out. The owners and property manager were extremely responsive, easy to work with. The last day we were there we had a tremendous amount of snow fall. We have 4x4 but our son in law doesn’t. We were sure we could get him out. The property manager showed up ready to help us dig him out if needed. Amazing service! We love the Williams area and so we are grateful me found this gem. We will be back.

Very modern and clean home

My family and I (6 of us) stayed here for the Polar Express and other local attractions for a quick getaway. The home is located in a golf course community that is upscale for the area. Only 5 minutes tops to get to the train station and downtown. We saw dear every day driving to and from our daily adventures in the neighborhood forrest, golf course, etc. The home is very nice, very clean and very new. It was perfect for our quick vacation.
