"My friends and I all wished that we could have stayed longer at this lovely secluded home in the country. It was so quiet, sitting on the swing under a huge old oak tree, looking over a field of wildflowers and hearing the wind chime's mellow song when a soft breeze blew. The house was very well cared for with comfortable beds and a well equipped kitchen. 2 bedrooms upstairs share a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The 2 downstairs bedrooms each have their own full bathrooms. "The New Pecan Hide Out was perfect for our Girl's Trip. The property was exactly as described and very clean. The living room sectional was perfect for relaxing in the evenings. And the beds were very comfortable.The outdoor space was perfect for coffee and a morning chat for planning the day.Kenzie was very responsive before and during our stay. Definitely would stay there again and will recommend if anyone else is looking for a place to stay"

"The home was beautifully decorated and clean. Marilyn is the most prompt communicator in all of the VRBOs we’ve stayed and beyond friendly and helpful. Coffee is even provided! Check in is extremely easy and check out is even easier. The two cypress trees out back are an amazing sight—GIGANTIC!! Wish the beds were more comfortable, but the linens are fantastic . Otherwise, everything was great!"

"The property was very clean, with updated amenities throughout. Tucked on a side street with a large beautiful tree in the backyard. Very quiet and peaceful. Nice appliances and a great hot shower. My only note, and this is nothing against the host, Google maps tried to put me at a neighboring house late at night, literally on the other side of the backyard fence - so double check your map."
