"The rooms and building were clean. Had an issue with initial check-in, but the person working the front desk in the morning was able to make things right. The breakfast, while free, was just okay. Staff was friendly and there was a coffee shop right across the street. The mall was right across the parking lot as were quite a few restaurants to choose from. We will definitely stay here next time we are in town."

"For my purposes, it did its job...wasn't terribly fancy or updated and needed some love, but to sleep and rejuvenate, totally fine.
Needs some renovation and maintenance all around. Shower had some cracks and holes...walls had some dents and divets...smoke smell from some rooms which carried over to the hallway...
3 is fair as a rating."
