Welcome to this luxury villa, just a short walk from Mambo Beach. Enjoy peace and privacy while the beach, restaurants, and nightlife are within walking distance. The villa offers a private pool, a Palapa with an outdoor kitchen and bar, and several lounge areas. Inside, you'll find a spacious living room, open kitchen, and three bedrooms. The villa is modern and spacious, with a living area of 150 m² and a bright, comfortable living room equipped with air conditioning. The open kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils for preparing delicious meals.

The property features three bedrooms with luxury box-spring beds and air conditioning, and two bathrooms with a modern finish. Outside, you'll find a separate laundry room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. For families with young children, a high chair and crib are available upon request.

Outside, you can enjoy the private pool with six sunbeds, a cozy Palapa with an outdoor kitchen and bar, and a Green Egg BBQ for delightful outdoor evenings. Thanks to its location on the wind, there’s a natural airflow throughout the villa, ensuring a pleasant climate.

Guests have exclusive access to the entire villa during their stay, including the private garden, pool, Palapa with outdoor kitchen, and laundry room. The villa is situated within a gated, 24/7 security resort, allowing you to enjoy peace and safety. There's a private driveway where you can park your car.

The electricity meter will be read at check-in and check-out, and usage will be charged separately (€0.45 per kWh). Electricity consumption mainly depends on the use of air conditioning. If it is used only during the night, the cost will vary between €15-€20 per night based on 6 people. Please note, this is an estimate.
