Utilities
A utility fee of USD $20 per night will be applied to cover electricity and water usage during your stay. This amount is generally more than sufficient for normal vacation use, and most guests stay well within this allowance.

Electricity and water consumption are measured using meter readings taken at check-in and check-out.

Refunds & Additional Charges:
If your actual utility usage is lower than the amount paid in advance, the difference will be refunded.
If your actual utility usage exceeds the amount paid in advance, the remaining balance will be charged at check-out.
