"Our stay was amazing. Judith , Julian and family were above and beyond. Our Grandsons had a wonderful time on the farm 🚜 we had a tour, bringing the cows in from the field , to watching them being milked, then to feed two new baby calves , and to end it with a tractor 🚜 ride 😀. The accommodation is very clean, and the boys loved living upside down lol 😆. The countryside is beyond words, stunning . I would recommend this 100% we shall definitely go again. Thankyou"

"An all male party of 6 stayed for 3 nights and the property suited us perfectly. Communication from the owners was good. The furniture was perhaps a little ‘tired’ but did not affect the quality of our stay as it has everything we needed."

"We stayed at Wisteria Cottage for 6 days in April 2024 and can only recommend this cottage: it was very clean and all the necessary things for daily use are available. The location in Topsham is great as you can walk to many restaurants and pubs. The cottage is right on the High Street but we didn't find the traffic disturbing. In short, we would come back at any time."

"We have a lovely stay at the end of August. The house is very comfortable and there was easily enough space for 8 of us and three dogs! The location is perfect for exploring the north Somerset coast and Exmoor, and having the hot tub to come home to each evening was an added bonus, and also the table tennis table, which we all enjoyed. "Lacked charisma whilst it is a lovely building the rooms and corridors looked tired and could do with a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was nice but no personal touches. £10 each to use the pool was a bit poor as a resident I have never paid this surcharge in any other hotel so we didn’t bother. We booked this hotel as it was close to princesshay shopping which was about 3 mins walk perfect. £15 to park there for 24 hours seemed reasonable. "
