-This is a family building and quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM.
In case of any party, your reservation will be terminated immediately without a refund and you will be asked to leave the premises by local authorities.

-Absolutely no visitors. The only people allowed to be in the building are the people listed on the reservation.

-Feel free to use the kitchen but clean after yourself to avoid additional cleaning fees.

- Be sure to check out by 10 AM to avoid a $75 PER HOUR late check out fee (unless you've paid a fee to check out later).

- LEAVE THE PLACE CLEAN. Make sure to clean after yourself. If the place is found excessively dirty you will charge an additional $150 cleaning fee to your credit card. Please wash and return all dishes, utensils, cups and mugs after use.
