"We booked this property because it was very affordable and the location couldn’t be better—it was just minutes from the cycling event we attended. Piper’s Coffee was a two-minute walk away, and the neighbor in the duplex was very kind. The beds were soft and comfortable, which was nice after a long day.That said, there are areas that need improvement. "We were in town to see family as we are from St. Louis but currently live in Denver. We booked with VRBO because we recently purchased a puppy and the price was much more affordable than getting a hotel room . The location was close to everything the highway, eateries, movies, etc. Plenty of space and very peaceful. The owner is very responsive and answered every question we had. We will definitely book again."

"The Rockhouse was perfect for my family. Franklin was a great host, explained the processes thoroughly and even left gift bags for my children. Snacks were provided which was an added bonus. I was very surprised to find laundry pods and dryer sheets available for use in the laundry room. We will definitely consider staying here again on our next adventure to St. Louis. "
