A full kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs, with plenty of storage.

Barbecue grill on back patio is available, along with outdoor dining area and seating area. A wood and propane fire pit are also available for use. Grill cooking tools are located in the kitchen.

Please note: Enjoy the Fire Pit , you are welcome to use whatever propane is left in the tank. Additional filled 5-gallon tank(s) can be purchased for $25 each at local stores. One tank provides approximately four hours of fire.

-Access to the entire home and property is permitted for the exception of the other two bedrooms, hall way bathroom, the garage and back shed.

- No parking space in the garage, plenty of driveway and street parking available.

$50 pet fee per pet per stay.
Only dogs under 45 pounds are allowed. Include pets in your reservation and the pet fee will apply. No Cats Please!

If you are looking to have a party, this is NOT the home to rent. NO VISITORS are allowed at all times without approval from the host in advance.
We are located in a very quiet neighborhood and Riverside County has VERY strict Noise Ordinances as the followings:
- Quiet hour: Between 10 pm and 8 am.
- No amplified music outdoors.
- No excessive shouting/yelling
- No vehicles with excessively loud exhaust
- No loud music coming from vehicles


NOISE ORDINANCES/ RESTRICTIONS:
- All occupants and guests of the property must follow local laws for outdoor lighting, quiet hours, and parties & gatherings.

- Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced. Violation of these rules as well as complaints from neighbors and the County may result in a fine and immediate eviction.

- Wedding Ceremonies and Receptions are not allowed at this home.

- You must be 25 years or older to book this property. The ID of the Responsible guest who makes the reservation will be requested after the booking.
