All other rooms have real wood parquet flooring. So that it does not get too warm in the warm summer months, the flat is equipped with air conditioning. Telephone, WLAN, Sky-TV are also standard.
The Ottermeer (bathing lake with sandy beach, tree boats, hiking trails etc.) is approx. two kilometres away. Various shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car. There is a bakery and a butcher's shop about 600 metres away. A small grocery shop can also be reached in a few minutes by bike.
