Various shopping facilities, doctors, pharmacies, restaurants and supermarkets can be reached in a few minutes by car. There is a bakery and a butcher's shop about 600 metres away. A small grocery shop can also be reached in a few minutes by bike.
Bicycles can be hired directly at the house. There is also a free safe in the flat.
