Depending on what you book there may be other guests on the property at the same time but they will not have access to your space. Additionally there is a guest house ("Hidden Gem") in the back corner property but it shares no amenities with the main house or apartment. Guest access
Parking is available in the circle drive or on the right side of the driveway. The left side is reserved for the Garage Apartment guests.
Other things to note
The King Suite is referred to as the Main House and largest portion of the King Estate (which is available on Airbnb "King Estate with Mid-Century Loft"). The King Estate includes the Main House and a self-contained Garage Apartment (available on Airbnb "Comfortable Apartment & Kitchen") that can be accessed through an adjoining interior door or through a private exterior entrance. Depending on what you book (King Estate, King Suite, or the apartment) you will enjoy that entire space. NOTE: If the King Suite is booked, there may be other guests in the apartment but they will not have any access to the Main House or its amenities.
