"The entire motel smelled of smoke and dampness. Breakfast was bread for the toaster, two bananas, and fruit loops. Had to keep the very loud air conditioner running non stop to keep it comfortable. No maid service over two day stay. Get what you pay for"

Ich kann dieses Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen, insbesondere das neurologische Team. Der Herr am Empfang hat sich sogar Zeit genommen, mir ein Zimmer zu zeigen, damit ich mich gleich wohler fühle. "We did not receive the room we booked with a pull out couch. We spent a full day trying to resolve the issue with the facility. The day manager simply told us he’d let housekeeping know we didn’t have a pullout couch. I’m not sure if he thought they were going to pull a couch down the hall from another room…they of course didn’t. The night shift manager gave us another room - a suite. We packed up our stuff and went to the new room that had a kitchen, but no pull out couch so we went back to our...

"The room could have used a little work, tub didn’t want to drain so had to unclog it and the shower head was spraying water when having it just run the bath. The waterpark was great though! Also breakfast wasn’t good, out of a lot of stuff, guy said truck didnt come."

"From my first step into the property you notice how nice it is! No steps even into front door, certainly a plus for those that find curbs a challenge. The men at the desk, coming and going, were extremely nice. The room was perfect!"
