"O apartamento é bem localizado, é espaçoso e tem um tamanho ideal para quem viaja em família de 4 pessoas. Entretanto, as fotos dão a entender que o apartamento seria melhor do que realmente é. Isso me causou uma decepção na minha chegada. Mas no geral eu recomendo."

"The place opened up a year ago. Easy to get to on the tube from Heathrow Airport on the Picadilly line. My six nights stay was a delight. The studio offers a homey experience. It is a pleasure to read or listen to the music and the common space by the reception which is nicely decorated. and feels like a living room. The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming."

We've booked the deluxe room, however we were given the economy; there was only a bed and a few chairs and a table, our room did not match the photos. "Wir hatten eine wunderbare Woche in London und haben unseren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft sehr genossen. Das Apartment ist sehr großzügig geschnitten, sauber und bietet viel Platz für eine Familie. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die hervorragende Lage – die U-Bahn-Station ist in wenigen Minuten erreichbar, wodurch sich alle Sehenswürdigkeiten Londons bequem erkunden lassen. Beim Check-in sowie mit dem WLAN gab es zunächst kleinere Schwierigkeiten. Der Gastgeber hat jedoch sehr schnell reagiert...

"The apartment was good for a family of 4 and the host always asking for our impression and needs. Provided a lot of ammenities and extra stuff on the entry level for backup. Had heater for towels but a tiny shower space. Three things I didn´t like: there wasn´t a laundry machine or a microwave, and the noise from the pubs and parties on neighbourhood were disturbing at night (although it had double windows)."

"Apto e prédio impecavelmente limpos, o que foi uma bela surpresa! Unidade silenciosa mesmo numa rua movimentada. Cápsulas de café, papel higiênico, sabonete, etc disponibilizados para a semana. Utensílios básicos de cozinha, ferro de passar roupa, secador, tudo bem pensado para uma boa estadia. Localização não é no centro do turismo, mas a poucos metros de duas estações de metro e com vários restaurantes ao redor, além de um grande shopping (Westfield London). Voltaria sem dúvidas, excelente...
