Located just a few minutes from the harbour and seafront, the house is perfectly located to enjoy everything that Whitstable has to offer including an abundance of friendly (and pet friendly) cafes, restaurants, pubs, and independent boutique shops. Set over three floors, the house has four bedrooms, all with Smart TVs and three bathrooms, a cosy sitting room with wood burner and a sociable kitchen/dining room overlooking the sunny garden, which has garden furniture, BBQ and a fire pit. The house even has a parking space, a rare luxury in Whitstable. Whitstable has a thriving arts scene with some lovely galleries featuring local artists, and live music is a popular feature in many of the pubs. It also has the iconic fishing harbour, where you can watch the fishing boats come and go or book a trip out to the legendary Maunsell sea forts on the historic Greta, or maybe go seal watching in a vintage lifeboat.

We would respectfully ask that the following house rules are adhered to, to avoid any damages. Should any damages arise please note charges may be taken from your security deposit.
Please note check out is 10am. Please ensure you vacate on time to allow our housekeepers to enter the property and prepare it for the next guests.
Smoking is not permitted in the property at any time.
Please note for insurance purposes the number of guests must not exceed the total occupancy of the house.
For fire safety reasons please do not use any candles in the property.
Please be respectful to neighbours. Quiet hours are between 11pm and 9am.
Parties and loud music are not permitted.
