"The stay was ok, I thought the triple room was a double and a single but it's 3 singles - thats my fault for not paying attention. One to note is the pub doesn't do food, it doesn't say it does on Hotels.com but I made the mistake of looking on Google which shows pictures of menus and food so I assumed it did... The bas was busy and friendly enough (football night, showing on the tv's) Where it loses stars is I went down to breakfast at the time arranged when I checked in and the pub was locked...

"We spent a very comfortable night in Norwich at the Premier Inn on Duke Street. It is ideally located for eating out, historic attractions, and shopping. The room was pleasant and clean, and the bed helped us sleep around 9 hours! Staff were helpful too. Would stay there again when visiting the city. "

The only small disappointment was that we weren't able to book in for breakfast on the Sunday due to the volume of guests and short staffing of the dining area, which meant we had to go out for breakfast.
