The main home on the upper level is accessed at the driveway level and has a comfortable lounge, dining area and kitchen together with 3 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 has a super king bed complete with a walk-in wardrobe and ensuite, bedroom 2 a queen bed, and bedroom 3 has a single bunk. There is an additional family bathroom on this level.

After a day in the sun fire up the BBQ, enjoy a cold drink and relax on the wide deck watching the world go by out in the bay.

The apartment on the lower level is accessed via external and internal stairs and has its own lounge and kitchenette with 2 bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Each bedroom opens out onto the patio and garden with an additional BBQ. Bedroom 4 is furnished with a queen bed. Bedroom 5 is fitted with 2 king single beds. The 2 king single beds can be joined to make a California king bed.

On the lower level, there is a private garden for the children to play in.

When you are not enjoying the view, enjoy a day in the sand and surf with a short stroll to Brophy’s and Buffalo Beaches, or explore the local area and head into town (just a 2-minute drive).

The 2 king single beds in bedroom 5 downstairs can be joined together to make a California king bed if required.The driveway to this property is steep, it is best to enter coming up from the bottom of the hill/road.The downstairs unit does not have a full-size oven, however, its does have a small benchtop oven/hotplate.Please note a bond may be charged at certain times of the year.
