"The house was in a convenient location on a dead end street. Accessible to wide variety of hiking spots and restaurants. The house was exactly as described & pictured with all the amenities you would expect. Fenced in back yard for our dog was helpful. Nicely furnished, two showers (one walk-in), kitchen had all we needed, filtered water, no steps inside. Just outside steps to porch for those that might need to know. "Everything about this listing was accurate. The home is spotless, beautifully decorated, and a short drive to all the must-see spots in NRG. The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, and make our birthday girl feel special upon arrival. We were blown away by the kindness. Beds were comfortable, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer. The place was great. Recommend to families for sure! "

"This home is as advertised and appeared newly renovated. Was beautifully done and had all the necessities provided (shower products, toilet paper, roll of paper towels, dish detergent and sponges, laundry detergent, trash bags and some spices. Host is communicative. Home is 10 minutes from New River Gorge visitors center and 30 minutes from Summerville Lake. "Our 3 kids, my wife, and I spent our 3 days together here while we visited around New River Gorge National Park. We enjoyed it. This property is in a great location. If you are visiting the New River Gorge National Park with family, then it is great. "

"It was a cute house. Clean very well maintained. The owner stop to mow and was very nice. Went above and beyond to get the pool ready for our weekend. Very quiet little neighborhood. Would definitely stay there again. "

"It is conveniently located near Oak Hill center and main New River Gorge Natl. Park attractions. Three separated bedrooms and two bathrooms makes it suitable for a large family or two small families. Nice and quiet neighborhood. The owner texted me a few times with advice and reminders, which was very helpful. A professionally designed booklet with all the information about the house, activities, and attractions was superb! Thanks!"

"Family trip to NRG NP. Excellent jumping off point in a good area, plenty to do. Well equipped and lovely house!"

"The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because we could not get the hot tub to work while we were there. The host was very communicative and the house was very clean and had all of the amenities listed. The game room turned out to be a gem that we didn’t expect to utilize as much as we did. Would definitely recommend this rental! "

"The inside of the house was very nice. The outside could use some landscaping. Barking dogs affected sleep, although the house provided earplugs and white noise machines. The owner was very responsive and checked in with us."

"This was a great place to stay, especially with a pet! It was a perfect location for getting to New River Gorge National Park and traveling around. We did not spend a ton of time here, but the evenings were lovely! Highly recommend. "
