To ensure safety and comply with local regulations, all guests are required to complete the online check-in and rental agreement prior to arrival. This applies to all guests regardless of booking platform, including Airbnb. We operate with the same standards as a hotel to ensure security and regulatory compliance.
RULES FOR GUESTS:

We ask that you treat our home with the same respect that you do your own.

This is a non-smoking home. If you do smoke, we ask that you do so outside and away from the house and that you properly put out and dispose of the butts outside and in secured fire-proof containers.

No open flames or candles are allowed inside the property.

No shoes allowed in the house.

Please respect a courtesy quiet hour at 11pm for our neighbours.

Only guests who are on the original booking are allowed stay overnight.

No illegal substances are allowed on or inside the property.

This is a professionally decorated home, please do not rearrange the furniture, art, or accessories.

Please do not use the bathroom towels outdoors.

Be kind to garbage disposal and secure all garbage within the house. No open food is to be left outdoors at any time.

Please keep the house tidy, additional cleaning beyond the standard will be an extra.


RULES FOR PETS:

One dog is permitted with each reservation. If you have more than one dog, please reach out to the hosts for individual permission.

No cats or other animals are permitted.

The pet must be registered/checked in. No pets from visitors outside of the reservation are permitted on the property or inside the house.

No indoor bathroom towels are to be used to clean or dry off your dog. Please bring your own pet towel.

Please respect the neighbors and do not allow your pet to bark or roam off-leash unattended.

Please clean up after your pet and pick up all poo’s. All pet waste must be sealed and discarded appropriately.

If an indoor accident happens, please clean it immediately. You must also report it to the hosts promptly so that it can be deep cleaned by the cleaners in advance of the next set of guests.

Do not allow your pet on the indoor furniture.

Do not use kitchen dishware as pet bowls, we ask that you bring your own pet water and food bowls.
