"The room was very clean and the staff was incredibly helpful. They texted to check on me right after check in to assure everything was ok with my room and again the next day to see if I had any needs with my accommodations. The breakfast attendant was equally helpful, even walking between the tables to make sure our food was to our liking. All in all, very impressed."

"I cannot say is the worse place I haver been but it’s very noise, the beds are far from being good. Despite it has been renovated recently, the dark brown colors make the rooms quite unpleasant. An then, there is the problem of the take way breakfast. They gave some terrible food choices, everything in plastics which you take to your room. You do have a microwave in the room but….
There is no lift. If you have big suitcases and are assign to the second floor, you have to carry the baggage by...

"Booked my room on Expedia and paid in full. When I arrived I was charged again by the hotel, once I questioned it he said he would credit it back. It was never credited back, I called there 3 times and have talked to different people who said it would be credited back and I’m still waiting… I checked out early due to my room smelling like cigarette smoke and I just didn’t have a good feeling staying in the room. Overall probably wouldnt book again."
