This property is amazing! What you see is what you get. Rodney was a wonderful host. He communicates quickly and provided a complete guide for the surrounding areas such as where to eat, and where to shop. Rodney went above and beyond by providing a pack-n-play and highchair for our grandson. The house is well stocked. The beds were extremely comfortable. The landing just before the river has amazing views. The staircase to the river is long. I personally did not go down to the river due to bad knees, but my adult children spent a lot of time on the riverbank and loved it. The two fire pits were well stocked with firewood and lighters. You must have a fire when there. We highly recommend this property, especially for families.

This house was awesome. Nice and clean and fantastic location overlooking the river. Stairway access to river is steep and might be a challenge for someone with physical limitations, but very easy for our group from 26 to 56, and we loved walking around the rocks and riverbank. Even without going down to the river, it would be great. We loved sitting around the firepit on the patio listening to the water and looking at stars in the evenings. Perfect location for quick access to Glacier. Very quiet, surrounded by trees, and completely hidden from main road. Deer visited a couple of times. The host is responsive and helpful. We hope to come back! Best VRBO home we've ever stayed in.

Superb location being 15 minutes from West Glacier entrance. Excellent riverfront property with fantastic amenities that will keep the entire family entertained. Clean and well stocked with basic essentials making the stay a breeze. Host was prompt with communications and ensured any questions were answered promptly. 100% Recommend.

This property was Amazing - The location is unmatched, only 10 min to West Glacier National Park entrance and minutes to great restaurants in Whitefish and Columbia Falls - most everyone in our family fly fish and to say this property was next to heaven is putting it lightly - A private balcony deck overlooking the most beautiful stretch of the Middle Fork River and steps down to the water had us catching west slope cutthroat trout every day throughout our week there - The home is beautifully tucked into the timber with two fire pits for early morning coffee, enjoying the view and listening to the river riffle below - We all loved the home and it’s layout and actually made notes for our property in Arkansas - Our Host went above and beyond in making sure we enjoyed a perfect stay and I must say it was truly A Perfect Stay in beautiful Montana - Jeff C

Fantastic stay at this beautiful property! The views of the river are amazing. We loved the sound system and enjoyed the deck with fire pit. Great location not too far from glacier west entrance made it easy to visit the park frequently.

We couldn’t have had a better vacation! The house was beautiful, well stocked, and very clean. We loved sitting outside on the raised deck overlooking the river. The views were phenomenal. The location was perfect, close to everything. The teenagers did a lot of fly fishing and rock hopping. We will recommend this vbro to our friends.

Rodney has a beautiful home right on the river. His home is well equipped and very clean (unlike some other VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. )Very close to the West Glacier entrance and close to shopping and restaurants as well. Home has large windows so you can see all the property has to offer. There is deck that hangs right on the river bank so you can enjoy the beauty of the mountains and the sounds of the rushing river! Highly recommend this home!!

Can’t say enough

The house and views were truly phenomenal. The house was super clean and well appointed. Our group relaxed on the deck listening to the sound of the water and enjoying the gorgeous view (a bald eagle flew by several times). The host was always quick to respond. If we make our way back to Montana, we will book again.

Perfect location! Super close to west entrance of GNP and easy to access Kalispell & Whitefish as well! Beautiful house with lots of space, amazing kitchen with everything you’d need! We appreciated the nice pots/pans/ an even stocked spice cabinet!! Super comfortable beds to allow for our family of 5 to spread out. Outdoor deck and lookout areas were perfect for enjoying the cooler weather! We were literally nestled in the trees. The view of the river was one of our most favorite things and my family even ventured down the steps to play in the water a couple of times!! (use caution as it is VERY steep). Everything was new, clean, and high quality. This place was the perfect landing zone after a few long days of fishing on the Flathead and even longer days of hiking in the park! We will definitely stay here again!!!!

Beautiful home with wrap around deck and scenic river seating overlooking a tranquil river that soothes your soul. Worth every penny!

I'd highly recommend booking this property. Its secluded and scenic, yet also right down the road from Glacier NP's west entrance! The town of Hungry Horse is about 5 min south and has a grocery store and gas station. The house was quiet and clean- and well stocked! All of the pots and pans were clean and new and they had a stocked spice cabinet and keurig coffee bar. We had a party of eight- 4 adults and 4 tweens/teens- and we were very comfortable. We will definitely book this again if we find ourselves in the area.

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful house with an amazing view! The house was very clean and had everything we needed. My family enjoyed spending time down by the river on warm days. We also enjoyed the close proximity to GNP and other fun activities. We would definitely recommend this property for those visiting the area!

Extremely comfortable house with everything we needed. The view of the river was epic! We loved how close we were to Glacier and Whitefish. We went to the local rodeo, visited Hungry Horse Dam and Glacier National Park. We enjoyed a bonfire at night after a busy day. The house was very clean welcoming, we can’t wait to go back!

Great house!

Perfect location between Glacier and Whitefish. Wonderful house, lots of space, good kitchen with everything you’d need, comfortable beds, outdoor areas were amazing. Everything was new, clean, and quality. We had a wonderful time and loved coming back to this house after a day of hiking, fishing and rafting!

Hungry Horse Exceeded Expectations

From pulling up to the property for the first time to looking in the rear view as we were leaving the property was amazing. Host communicated everything we needed to be prepared to stay. Home was exceptionally clean! Beds were so comfortable. Kids enjoyed the games and playing outside. Kitchen had everything needed to prepare meals. The view from outside balcony with the river flowing below was perfect for morning coffee to watch the world wake up. Highly recommend and will definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Perfect Glacier property

Loved everything about this property. Proximity to park, cleanliness, just everything. Loved the river running right in the backyard. We enjoyed bonfires several evenings and I would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing Get Away

This is a beautiful property with easy access to Glacier Park--everything you need is a close drive away. It was my husband and I, and our 16 year-old son ,and 17 year- old daughter who stayed in the house. Plenty of room for the four of us, with a bunk bed, and another twin bed to spare. We hiked every day and spent little time in the house. One evening we had a wonderful bonfire while watching the Northern Lights! It was magical!! The only thing that we would sugguest to the owner is to consider a hot tub on the deck over looking the river! That would have been much appreciated after long days of hiking! We were very sore! :) Regardless, I highly recommend this home. It is a beautiful, well kept, and very clean place to stay and we will be back!

Perfect Glacier Base
