As you step inside, you'll immediately feel right at home. The spacious living room is perfect for relaxing with friends and family, and the large windows provide breathtaking views of the lake. The fully equipped kitchen is perfect for whipping up your favorite meals, and the adjacent dining area is ideal for enjoying them together.

This condo features two large bedrooms, each with their own private bathrooms. The first bedroom on the left is the master bedroom that boasts an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, perfect for unwinding after a long day of exploring. The second bedroom hosts two queen beds with an additional twin day bed with a trundle bed. This bedroom also features a large bathroom with a shower/tub combo. A beautiful new sun room addition can be used as an extra living, office area!

Outside, you'll find plenty of space for enjoying the great outdoors. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee on the deck or grilling up a delicious dinner, you'll love taking in the views and fresh air. And of course, the lake is just steps away, so you can enjoy swimming, boating and more to your heart's content.

**As much as we adore pets, renters are not permitted to bring them to Mountain Harbor properties. However, please be aware that the owner of this home has a cat, so it may not be suitable for individuals with severe pet allergies.
*The HOA does not permit parking Motorhomes, RVs, Sprinter Vans, Trailers, Boats, Snowmobiles Etc...in the Resort.
