Hi Elizabeth. It was unfortunate the air conditioner broke while you were at the property. It has since been fixed. As soon as the issue was reported, we worked to get it resolved as quickly as possible Since the technician was unable to fix the issue quickly we did offer temporary AC units that are stand alone units. Before those arrived, you had already vacated the house. Even with this being the case, we were willing to offer a refund, however since you disputed the charge as a fraudulent charge on your credit card, there was nothing to refund because the funds are no longer available once you start a dispute.
