"Nice spot off the beaten path and away from the hustle and bustle that has consumed the lake area. Very accommodating host and an overall pleasant stay. My only complaint would be that there is no guest book to explain the ins and outs of the rental (ie—Wi-Fi password, and or needs or do’s and don’t’s.) Thanks to the Renters for a great stay non the less."

""This 4-bedroom house in Sparta was an excellent choice for our work trip to the area. It’s spacious, clean, and comfortable, with a peaceful porch perfect for morning coffee and a fire pit for unwinding in the evenings. Being so close to the Lake Sinclair boat launch made it easy to get outside after work, and we enjoyed the quite place on our days off. Reliable WiFi and a well-equipped kitchen were big bonuses. Highly recommend for anyone working in the area — far better than a hotel!""

"Our group of 12 included 4 generations for a girls' weekend celebrating my mother's 98th birthday. The bed layout worked great for our group. The living space and kitchen area space was good also. There was a Keurig, but not a regular drip coffeemaker. We knew that beforehand and brought one with us. The host was very nice to work with, responding to inquiries quickly. With my mother being elderly, we are more conscious of handicap accessibility. Grab bars in the bathrooms would have been a nice...
