"We stayed at this heavenly haven in Montana for our fifth year in a row. This beautiful log home on 14 acres surrounded with mountain views continues to be our favorite family getaway spot for scenic serenity and reflective repose. The house is spacious, comfortable, immaculately clean, decorated with country art, and feels like home. The owner and his cleaning staff are welcoming, helpful, and very nice. If there was a rating of 5, I would use this to recommend Mountain Log Hideaway to people...

"Highly recommended this little cabin tucked away in Trout Creek Montana. My family and I stayed here for my brothers wedding and the host was very accommodating and made sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed including offering a pac and play for the little ones. Very happy with our 5 night stay. "

"When we first arrived, we were speechless. There is a beautiful view everywhere you go in this house. The owners thought of everything. The rooms are large and comfortable. "Real cool place to stay, easy access for my 85-yr old mother (she just didn't go downstairs or upstairs), good instructions waiting for us on the great big log dining table which was gorgeous !!! The portable AC units were a PLUS !! Thank you !!! Only thing my group suggested was maybe a helpful hint sheet for locating all the light switches :) Would definitely stay there again... if it doesn't sell first :) Thank you for a wonderful stay for my family "

"The home is quintessential Montana - beautiful solid log cabin. We had plenty of room with two couples staying for several days. The lake view is gorgeous and we saw white tailed deer, bald eagles, osprey, and geese among many other birds. We kayaked the lake almost every day and caught several fish. Elizabeth is a fantastic host and very knowledgeable about the area and nearby activities. We would love to stay again. "
