"The property was beautiful! The home was clean and plenty big enough for our family. Communication with the manager was excellent. They immediately responded to our request to have the pool cleaned. And just to be clear, the water in the pool was fine; there was some debris in the pool from the storm that blew in. The home had everything we needed for our stay. We would stay here again. "

After going through a very difficult time — some of our loved ones had been affected by a house fire — we were looking for a peaceful place to rest, recharge, and create new memories together. "Great location if your main attraction is the beach! The beach is walking distance from the house. There are popular local restaurants just walking distance from the house as well. The house has another connected to it. We had a neighbor, but NEVER heard them. The kitchen has what you need on vacation. The laundry room has laundry soap and dryer sheets. The king size bed was amazing and very comfortable!!! I slept like a rock! Saint Simon’s is a very nice place to stay if you’re looking for...

"This was our first time in these units, and we enjoyed how spacious the rooms were. The garage and parking was a little tight but doable. The pool was not close to our unit and it was on the small side in my opinion, but still nice. Perfect location for the price. Everything was a quick golf cart ride down the street."

"We came for a quick 3 days trip, and brought our yellow lab with us. This place was absolutely perfect. Walking distance to everything, and it’s clear the owner/manager knows how to accommodate. There are games for family, toy basket for dogs, chargers everywhere for phones, and even a coffee bar. We would definitely stay here again. Much better and cheaper than hotel options around there."
