"Absolutely awful and unsafe experience. I booked this hotel for a cheer competition and arrived after a 6-hour drive with my three young children and our dog. From the moment we entered the lobby, the atmosphere felt off. There was a woman sitting there who appeared homeless, which immediately raised concerns. While checking in, my 7-year-old needed to use the restroom, and staff repeatedly insisted she go alone, which was completely unacceptable. We got our keys and headed to the room, but...

"I was completely shocked at the condition of the room assigned to us. It was so bad, we left and checked into another hotel. The room was dirty, smelled horrible, the microwave was not clean and burned up inside. The bed linen and carpet had huge stains all over. We spent all of 5 minutes inside the room then left. I had a bad feeling prior to booking but hoped for the best. I do not recommend this dump!!! Beware! "
