I enjoyed my stay at the Resort. I particularly enjoyed going horseback riding on the nature trails. I also liked the view of the mountains while in the pool, and the ability to enjoy cool mountain air from my balcony at night.

While, I later came back and found the additional "resort fees" listed in the description of the hotel, I found it to be a scammy to have additional fees added on at time of checkin, it's not like I could leave and find a different place easily then. The whole property has a mid renovation/ run down feeling to it, from the random folding tables and grills to piles of junk here and there. Not to mention the pool was so freshly painted, that I left it with blue paint on my leg, and it was full of paint flecks & chips. My shower had a huge crack in the wall. And there was not one but two piles of dog poop in lobby ( I can see a dog having an accident and needing it to be cleaned up, but both of these look old and dried up)

There weren’t many amenities as listed. The game room was flooded. The restaurant on site was only open for breakfast and some lunch which was mediocre at best. The property itself looks like it’s being renovated but according to locals it’s looked like this for years and years. The rooms are super outdated and the balconies were very dirty with molded furniture. I had to call and ask for an ironing board and iron. The pool even though it was nice and warm it lacked in display. It looked very unclean and the ceiling is falling on the inside pool area. I do t think I will stay here again until there are massive improvements.

The elevators did not work, restaurant closed, bar Closed, mini golf closed, spa, gym, Closed and the Air conditioner in the rooms broke ! and the door screen also broke one of the very last rooms in the development appeared have a hoarder with junk cars and tarps...found that looking for the non existent horse stable. dozens of Screaming kids running the hall and nails in the parking lot my self and another guest both woke up to a flat tire very disappointed we checked out the very next morning oh the front desk staff was very nice.

The room smelled of a dead mouse. The sofa bed was so dirty and stained. Sheets were stained bed bug stains. Hair in the bed, tub wasn't clean, toilet paper already been used. Tvs were out all over the hotel due to internet connection. Foul smell in hallways, doorway smelled of cigarettes. Nasty overall for the price I paid. All rooms were the same, switching didn't matter. My sister's had the same issues in both rooms

Don’t stay here

Omgosh. What a weird place. I can tell it used to be nice. Some improvement to the inside, but so much out of order and not useable. Room was ok, took a shower in the morning and the water was BLUE! Coffee pot missing pieces. Pealing paint in the pool, garbage everywhere, weird, never again.

Has seen better days

This resort is in decay, whether bc of COVID, lack of updates, or changing vacation patterns. Clean, mostly friendly help (especially Elijah and Bryan), but definitely passed its prime. Even the bar was outdated w slow help.

Horrible Filthy DO NOT BOOK

They call it a resort but its really a dirty run down motel. The place doesnt look like the pictures the room was dirty. We did not request connecting rooms but they put us in a room with joining doors that could be opened at anytime by the strangers in the other room. There was a huge gap under the door aswell you could easily fit your arm , a mirror or camera under to spy on the other guest. The hallway had a foul smell. There was blood on the wall and we didnt sleep at all had to stay awake all night because we felt a high there was a high chance we could get robbed or worse.

The netted door for the balcony was broken and just putting in the balcony. Very unsafe. The room was dirty. The springs were coming out of the bed. The staff didn’t even acknowledge me until 10 minutes later to check me in. Very dissatisfied!!

The pricing is great. I also loved how quiet it was. Pool area had a bunch of kids who were using water guns and toys in the pool, even aimed it at me and my baby (parents were not paying attention to them at all). Would love to see more seats in the indoor pool area or maybe a staff on duty to regulate the children using water guns to splash guests they don't know. The TV, did not have any working channels, so I had to use my laptop to watch movies or to play movies for my child. The staff was friendly, and did their best to assist me with any issues I had. Walls are thin so you can hear people in the halls very easy. Cleaning staff played their music loud enough to hear all the curse words in their choice of trap music. The hot tub was out of service. It depends on when you come because your stay can be hit or miss. I have stayed here 3 times in the last few years. I would give it a 3 star rating but the front desk staff in the lobby were too helpful not to leave a 4 star rating.

The pool didn't work, the room didn't have towels, the gym didn't work, the jacuzzi didn't exist to play darts, there weren't any recreation things either. everything was damaged
