NICE CABIN - ASK QUESTIONS ABOUT HOT TUB AND NEIGHBOR BEFORE BOOKINGTook me a while to write this review as I wanted to be fair to the host/property while also addressing some strong concerns. Hot tub NEVER worked. It was dismantled and the water was 80 degrees. The host was shocked as he said he was told it was fixed after the previous renters had the same issue. 3 of our 5 days were spent with neighbors who were trying to fix it which never happened. (I did get a partial refund for the inconvenience)Cabin was nice and had room for the 5 of us with everything we needed.Backyard area was unkempt and table was unusable. Ramp in back is very slippery and unsafe when damp or wet so be careful. The firepit was very nice and where we spent most of our evenings since the hot tub didn't work.We were warned to stay away from the neighbor. From 8-8 he would have an outside speaker pointed towards the cabin playing "white only" type of music full blast. The host was a nice and he did try to resolve the hot tub but having people there trying to fix it during our stay and dealing with the prejudiced neighbor; it wasn't a great experience.I'm not sure the experience I had actually justifies a 3 rating but I liked the cabin, there wasn't anything it didn't have that I needed, the firepit was great for evenings and the host was nice to work with. It would be a 5 star cabin if not for the transparently prejudiced neighbor and if the hot tub gets fixed
