"Our family of 4 stayed 2 weeks while visiting the city and surrounding areas. It was a good location for us to where we wanted to go. Short distance to downtown and transit. Plenty of room between 3 floors. Very clean and easy to check-in. Washer and dryer in the basement was convenient and great to have a TV in every bedroom and living room. Communication with the property manager was quick and responsive. Its an older home so the floors and stairs creaked,and in an older but quiet neighborhood...

"This is our second trip to Waters Edge. The house has everything and the host is awesome. We had a couple very minor issues while staying there (ice machine was leaking, and a beep noise was coming from the pool filter) and he responded immediately to get them taken care of. There are plenty of nice touches that you don't see at all rental properties - complimentary coffee and wine, all linens, and the above mentioned ice machine. We hope to be back, as long as our schedules allow it!"

"I have been looking at this property for a few years, wanting a place with a full kitchen and a private house. I gave 5 stars because it was pretty much what I was looking for. "This house was perfect for our family. We stayed Feb 2025, 15 family members. Plenty of room for all. House was immaculate and well stocked - plenty of dishes, cookware, etc. Everyone's favorite was the coffee nook - regular coffee pot, Kerig, plenty of coffee, tea, sugar and creamer.
