"Obviously with everything brand new it all looked very nice. The room was nice. It was quiet. The pools were nice and warm. The downsides were there's only one elevator and its on one side of the building and if youre put all the way on the other side its quite a trek. There is a $100 per night incidentals charge and a $30 per night resort fee. My silent flabbergasted stare at the front desk clerk like he'd lost the plot when he told me that and thankfully he charged us less than the $100 per...

"The motel is the "mom and pop style" and is maintained nicely. The room and bathroom were clean and AC worked great. The pool was large enough for many people to be in, but still quiet. We will stay here again."

"The Riverview is spectacular, the hot tub and indoor pool were really exceptional for a hotel. It is right on the Lake walk within walking distance of the main street in town. Altogether a very nice stay. It is especially affordable in the off-season."

"False advertising! They heavily promoted inflatables on the lake and free use of kayaks/watercraft, neither existed although it was June and 86 degrees. Front desk had no explanation, my emails to the company received no response. Yet they charged a daily 'resort fee'. Room and grounds were gross. On entering the room, there was an intense chemical smell, the floor was oily and sticky. Running a towel on the floor resulted in a thick brown residue. Running the taps produced a mold...

"They had a problem with the Internet I didn’t have for a little over a day so I called. They sent somebody to fix it then this morning I went to turn on the TV same issue. I rebooted the box like I was shown by staff and it did not work so that was frustrating and the room smelled very musky and almost like mildewy."

"Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay."

"Coffee was not restocked the second day. No hot water in the shower. Hot tub was hot. The pool was cool."

"The smell in the lobby after cleaning was nauseating and happened every other day. We were told told it was the cleaning fluid. Staff was excellent for breakfast and services. Good breakfast selection. A coin change machine was needed in the laundry machine. Overall a good stay."
