"I stayed for 2 weeks to learn how to kiteboard. I had lessons at South Padre Island but things were not progressing very well. Markus an Simon helped me the entire 2 weeks. By the last 2 days I went to beach on my own, rigged and kited both days for 3 hours each. The place was great and I will go again maybe for a month next time. "

"María is a great hostess, she welcomes you very nicely. She makes you feel good and part of her family. This place is far from the Grace Bay, however, you can walk to the Shore Club if you like to walk in the sun. You definitely need to rent a car if you decide to stay there. The room is very small. If you love kiteboarding l definitely recommend you to stay there because that is their passion."

"I had a great stay at Venetian Breeze Cozy Studio. Communication with the host was excellent from start to finish, which made everything smooth and easy. The studio itself was comfortable, and having beach chairs and umbrellas available was incredibly helpful for enjoying the beach without any hassle. "Our stay at this Villa was amazing. This rental is situated in a great location near the middle of the island. From this location you can travel to either end of the island in a short time. Very close to the airport & car rentals. While this rental is not on the beach we did have a view of the ocean from our private balcony. "The locate is so peaceful and close enough for local beach activities, restaurants and shopping centers. The neighborhood was well groomed with no local disturbance of crimes. Some building constructions was going on and it was not disturbing at all to my early morning rise I loved it, Mrs. Sophie is awesome! I will return and I will look for this exact same location and room. "

"This property is in a good location that has easy access to the main grocery market on Provo. The property was easily accessible at the check in time and the host was very responsive. It is an excellent rental away from crowds of resorts, but close enough to Grace Bay to get there quickly."

"A lovely modern home at the end of a dirt road. Room is small but everything you need. Only a 15 minute walk to the beach and a 15 minute drive to grace bay beach and restaurants. The rooms are surrounding a lovely court yard always with a fresh breeze and a sky full of stars. "

"Property exterior was not kept clean. It was dirty. We stayed 8 nights and the exterior verandah was not cleaned even once. Room was very basic but clean though. Kitchen lacked utensils and the ones which were provided were in bad shape. The stay was just ok. I would not stay again."
