Prime Village Location!!!

This top floor cozy 1 bedroom unit is situated in Bear Lodge (Town Plaza). It overlooks the village stroll and has all the essentials for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Our unit has just undergone some significant upgrades and has also been freshly painted (Nov 2019). It is in good condition, clean and well cared for. There are 2x TV's, in suite laundry, Internet/cable and A/C in the bedroom. There is a small covered balcony if you wish to get some air or take in the view from above. All services are within the immediate vicinity or a very short walking distance: Gondolas, groceries, restaurants, shopping, spa, nightclubs, liquor store, coffee shops, etc.
Ideally better suited for singles, couples or couples with young children.
4 Adults, while happy to accommodate, will feel cramped in this space.
There is a ski locker available to store your gear on the ground floor, a secure bike room and a gym and hot-tub a short walk across the way in an adjacent building.

Note: All check-ins/check-outs are to be done through the front desk. Parking is charged at $15 per night through the front desk concierge.

Check-In instructions;
When you arrive in Whistler you need to go to the Town Plaza check-in office located in Deer Lodge. 4314 Main St. Careful, it is not clearly visible.
The office is located at the right hand side of The North Face store (when standing on Main St). If you are approaching by foot from the village stroll you will need to go to the back of the building (Main St side).
At check-in you will be asked to show ID and will be given the access code to the door on my unit (408 Bear Lodge). They will also give you a general access card so you can access the building and building amenities.
Bear Lodge is a short walk across the village stroll from concierge office. They can easily direct you if needed.
If you require a parking stall, bike storage or ski locker they will be able to give you further instructions from here. Please make sure you address this with staff as you check in.

Friday - Saturday: 8am - 12am

The front desk staff are very informative and can help with any issues, questions or requests. They offer a variety of services which can help to streamline your stay including lift ticket purchases, trip organization and bookings.
