"Yes. It was perfect for me for visiting family and friends in Nevada City. Convenient and easy access to downtown. Also a plus that it was a west facing basement walkout, so it stayed cool for the hot summer nights and days. I would 100% stay here again."

"I didnt notice in email the combination code for the front door and room combination code didnt work. Also, due to parade, excessive number of cars on streets, and closed streets we couldnt access hotel at 3pm. We parked about 1 1/2 miles from hotel."

"We came into town for a wedding. The house is situated close to the main road with shops and restaurants but it’s tucked away so that it’s private and quiet. Very easy to walk everywhere. The home was cozy and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Jess!"

"We were in town to visit friends in the area. We just needed a place to sleep. This place was clean and private in a nice neighborhood close to town. The host provided plenty of water and coffee that we enjoyed. The bed was very comfortable."

"A wonderful place for our family to stay in Grass Valley! Nice, clean home with a hot tub! Wonderful master bedroom, comfortable bed! Owners are great to work with and reply quickly to any questions. Quiet neighborhood, which is great when relaxing in the hot tub. Would definitely book again!"
