"Nos cobraram duplamente, tanto no site quanto no hotel. Primeiro quarto não tinha luz, segundo e terceiro sem ar condicionado! Nos emprestaram um FAN pra tentar suportar o calor, cama péssima "

"This hotel is in a good location with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. It is a great value for money. The rooms are spacious and it was great to have iron, fan and hairdryer in the room. If there was aircon I would give it 5 stars in all areas. However it won't refrain me from returning. I will come back again. "
"From the moment we arrived, we were made to feel welcome. The room was comfortable & toiletries were provided. We had an evening meal there, and food was wonderful.

The rollaway beds are extremely uncomfortable; they have barely any foam, and you can feel the springs digging into your back, making it unbearable to sleep. This might make me consider staying at Travelodge next time, as their beds are much more comfortable. I strongly recommend investing in new rollaway beds because the current ones are terrible. "As camas são pessimas. Os colchões tem “buracos” e vc dorme todo tordo devido isso.
O banheiro tinha um degrau enorme para acessar e no momento que vc sai dele molhado, devido o degrau, vc escorrega e se machuca, como aconteceu comigo e minha sogra."

"O hotel e antigo, a suite era confortavel e bem limpa, no dia que chegamos informamos a recepcao que o telefone e nem a conetictividade da tv estavam funcionando, ficatam de verificar....e nada aconteceu. Reclamamos novamente e mesmo assim ficaram sem funcionar durante toda estadia. outra queixa era a pia do banheiro entupida, demorava horas pra descer a agua"
