"Quando cheguei no hotel, estava fechado em pleno sábado as 18h, motivo o funcionário foi comprar cigarro e deixou uma placa que voltaria em 30 min. bem, após isso qdo finalmente o funcionário chegou fiz o checkin e fui para o quarto, meu Deus parecia que eu estava entrando em um cinzeiro, que CHEIRO HOROROSO!!! Péssimo hotel!"

"We made a last minute decision to go to LBI on a washed out Memorial Day weekend. The cost of this hotel increased by $200 between clicking reserve and making my payment. $680 for one night was way overpriced, but we were feeling capricious and figured it was better than just staying home all weekend. The staff are extremely nice and helpful, we had no problem finding parking across the street, the room was very clean and comfortable, though the wall-sized photo of people on the beach creeped me...

"The good: very clean, hot water on demand, very quiet, great view of the fire station! The so-so, bed was lumpy or just worn out. A/C sounded like a washing machine when it ran, pushed out cold air but didn’t seem to keep the room cool. Refrigerator made noise but the A/C drowned that out. Shower curtain rod threatening to fall off the wall, and both tub and sink drains need to cleaned out. Staff couldn’t answer questions about miscellaneous charges. Overpriced in my opinion but they are...

"The room was absolutely lovely.as were the front desk staff. The restaurant entrees were not good. At all. Cold Rigatoni, short ribs with no sauce, overcooked medium rare steak, no goat cheese on a goat cheese pizza and dried out lamb on a lamb pizza. However the truffle focaccia and mac and cheese were wonderful, but two out of eight is not a good. Drinks are obscenely priced. $26 for a southern comfort and ginger ale... before tip. We chose to sit around a non functioning firepit after...
