"The place is beautiful and very, very clean. We had so much space. My 13 year old daughter loved the room she stayed in and having her own bathroom. Our dog quickly learned where the basket of toys was. The location was very close to the boardwalk and in town there were a lot of good restaurants.Bill made it easy to communicate with and gave immediate responses to any questions we had.We will definitely stay here again!"

"I booked with Kim and Chris for a quick over night trip to Ocean City. The house was as described and big enough to accommodate my guests. Kim was very responsive to my many questions. I chose to rent the linen package and everything was there when I checked. Thanks for a nice stay Kim and Chris!"

I had to reach out to the owner a couple of times prior to my stay, and he was timely with his responses which I appreciated. The property was steps away from the beach and there were designated parking spots directly in front of the property.
