Pebble House - Sea views, parking, family friendly
Enjoy a seaside holiday at Pebble House! A former military house, utilised as such due to the stunning uninterrupted panoramic sea views across Weymouth Bay and over to Portland beyond. Just a stone's throw from Overcombe beach, with Oasis beach café and family friendly shingle beach it is one of the best located holiday homes in the area. The house benefits from three bedrooms, two bathrooms and private driveway parking as well as a south facing terrace and rear lawned garden.
Take some time to relax and spend time with family at this comfortable home from home. The owners have put a lot of thought and effort into meeting guests needs, and as a result Pebble House offers a wonderful place to stay on the Dorset coast! The house itself is situated in an elevated position, and benefits from stunning sea views overlooking Weymouth bay and the RSBP nature reserve. Soak up the sea views from the south facing living room, with large patio doors opening out to a paved terrace area with outdoor seating - an ideal spot for summer al fresco dining! Also on the ground floor is the well equipped kitchen, with dining table and seating for 6 people. Patio doors lead out to the fenced lawned garden at the rear. There is also a large hallway, and utility room complete with washing machine and ground floor W.C.
Up to the first floor are three generous bedrooms. The King size master bedroom benefits from the glorious sea views, as well as it's own en-suite shower room offering privacy for families holidaying together. Along the hallway is a double bedroom and a twin bedroom, along with the family bathroom.
The beach is a 15 minute walk away, and transport into Weymouth for town and attractions is easy via the buses that run every quarter of an hour throughout the summer. There are plenty of cafe's, pubs and restaurants nearby as well as Lodmoor Country Park; with Sea-Life centre, miniature railway, crazy golf and land train that runs into Weymouth town centre daily.

En-suite with shower and toilet. Hairdryer provided. Bedroom 2 is situated at the rear of the house overlooking the garden and countryside. It has a king size bed with large chest of drawers and small wardrobe. Hairdryer provided. Bedroom 3 has two single beds with large wardrobe and bedside cabinet. Hairdryer provided. Extra pillows are stored in the wardrobe of each bedroom. Main Bathroom has a bath and an over bath shower. Kitchen/ Diner is to the rear of the house with patio doors on to a patio and garden. Well stocked kitchen with dining table and 6 chairs. Two seater sofa so you can socialise whilst cooking. Gas hob and electric oven. Microwave cooker. Dulco Gusto coffee machine. Cafetière. Bluetooth Speaker Radio Rear garden accessed by a flight of steps. Shed containing deckchairs, sun parasol and rotary clothes line. Plus Swingball. BBQ available on request** please only use on the rear patio. Downstairs toilet. Utility Room with washing machine and tumble dryer. Ironing board and iron and clothes airer. Small chest freezer. Vacuum cleaner. Living Room with lovely views out to sea and patio door on to a sun terrace. 3 sofas, fireplace and flat screen TV with free view television and DVD player. Sun Terrace with garden furniture and picnic bench where you can chill and enjoy the view . Private parking for 1 car but on street parking available. Please note that this property is accessed by two flights of steps to the front door and the sun terrace has some steps accessed from the front also.
Please note that as this is a partly terraced property the front door is accessed by a wide shared open corridor with one other house.

Directions
From the A354 (Weymouth Relief Road), at the first roundabout, take the A353 towards Littlemoor and Preston. At the next roundabout, take the B3155 towards Preston. Continue on this road until you reach a right hand turning into Oakbury Drive. Follow Oakbury drive round the bend to the give-way, here take the left turning and follow the road turning right up to Brackendown Ave. Parking is available on the driveway for one car, and on the road for further cars.
