Their website states that breakfast is made to order and I recall seeing it on the expedia page but then was notified a day before about where to go for food instead. " The host was pleasant and made us welcome on arrival but the condition and the cleanliness of the property decoration, the carpets and our bathroom in general was so poor that we decided not to stay and left the property. We think the 9/10 and the 10/10 reviews of the hotel are very misleading and we should have looked more carefully before booking. We hope the management improves the property and does well in the future however we would not go back to the hotel."

"The stay was average, it was £141.00 on a Monday night for a very small room without breakfast. The person who checked me in was nice, they gave me complimentary cookie which is a nice touch. I asked if there was a robe in the room and they spoke to the person next to her on reception and said not with the room you booked I could have got one for £10 however it was non refundable. "Great stay. Some confusion over access code but didn’t take long to sort out myself."

"The hotel is in a great location and we enjoyed our stay. The only thing that left a mark was the bed, it was quite uncomfortable because it was not a double bed but one that was made up for two out of a single and what seemed to be a sort of pull out bed. That was the only minor thing during what was otherwise a lovely stay!! We did highlight to staff and hopefully they will upgrade the bed. Thank you to the staff who were brilliant !!!"
