"Clean rooms courteous staff "

"Received one out of two rooms on time. Second room was delayed by 45-min and then found out the bathroom was not cleaned at all with urine smell permeating through the room. After booking experience was also not optimal. Received several messages from property manager asking for 50% upfront payment inspite of booking for payment at time of checking. Could not reach property at the number listed at the Expedia booking site or the one in the email from property manager for clarification....

"Was really impressed by the facility, beautifully done. Perfect blend of the urban and modern. Loved every little detailed was taken in consideration in interior designs. The views are serene. We got the executive room. The staff was excellent at providing the services. Very pleasant approach towards the guest. . The best part is the rooms are like a minute walk from the Kinara dhaba, an excellent restaurant, with great ambiance and a great menu with vast choice of options to select from....

"It was my first visit to Fazlani . I would really like to thank the team for their courteous and warm behavior throughout the duration of our stay. The property is well maintained and takes us close to open surrounding with its vast open spaces. My kid really enjoyed all the activities such as horse riding, animal parade, cycling to name a few. "I think the positive reviews are paid ones. They converted an old bungalow into a hotel. It was right besides train crossing and every now and then you could hear the noise of trains. Some basic facilities like intercom was missing. Although the rooms were clean and tidy, the bedsheet was not so clean. A basic thing like shampoo and bodywash were not provided. Last but not the least, when i wanted to make a card payment, they did not have card swiping machine. Nothing great about the food. "

"Excellent property and excellent views, great ambience outside the room, externally everything looks and feels like a luxury resort. Inside the room is not pleasant, everything is low class / middle class. Service is near zero. No room service not even can you ask for a favor to be brought to the room, like a beer or a sprite. Food spread & quality is very average. Breakfast finishes at 9-30 am, so you can’t be lazy at this resort if you want breakfast. Restautant and reception area ambience is...

"Hotel is good but a little further away from the lonavala city but quite peaceful. It was just two months old so lot of work on the exterior and a few on the interior was still undergoing. We had stayed for two nights and had enjoyed it quite muc"

"Breakfast didn't have much options when we received for the 2nd day. We have paid so much money(around 4 times of the actual cost) through Expedia, and we asked for complimentary breakfast from the day1 which was already in their itinerary. On the 2nd day, we were not having any towels in our bathroom whole day. "
