"We've stayed at another property in Little Valley managed by this owner many times and have been very happy with that house, this year our group wanted to upgrade a bit and so we booked the Rooster's Den. This was a fantastic rental for our group of 8 in the summer and would be even more incredible during the ski season! "It was a great alternative to the local hotels. Great location as it relates to Campus and within walking distance to where most of our off- campus alumni events were taking place. And I absolutely LOVED the vintage feel of the place!"

"The house had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. But that deck was the high point. Shaded from the sun. Fans to help with heat/bugs, bluetooth speakers, tv. Lots of seating both there and at the inside dining tables. And even when we had an issue the management team was quick and professional to handle. Kids loved the video games as well. We had an amazing time with the family members who overnighted as well as family popping by from Buffalo!"

"If you want incredibly quiet, this is your place. About 4 miles from Wellsville, this rustic cabin is secluded in the woods. It is older and well worn but sturdy. A lovely deck for reading and relaxing or having coffee. We did not cook food but the small kitchenette is sufficient. Towels and some small toiletries are included. Parking is nearby. And no bears!"

"It was a perfect stay at Stargazer and the property completely lived up to its name of Tranquility Trails. We purposely chose this sweet and cozy cottage to get away from 4th of July fireworks for our very anxious and noise-sensitive dog. There were fireworks in the distance and we couldn't hear a thing, with the TV on regular volume. Everyone, including our 2 dogs, were charmed and we were well-rested and relaxed throughout the stay.
