Your home away from home in the heart of Westminster, MD — just a short walk to shops, restaurants, and seasonal events, and only one hour from both Baltimore and Gettysburg. This charming two-story brick home combines walk-to-town convenience with a private backyard retreat designed for relaxation and connection.


The Space
Upstairs you’ll find two comfortable queen bedrooms and a full bathroom. Downstairs includes a bright living room, dining area, and a fully equipped chef’s kitchen — complete with espresso machine, pizza oven, and every gadget you could need (manuals and QR codes are in the Welcome Book).

Fast Wi-Fi and Smart TVs are available for streaming your favorite shows. Alexa controls the back porch lights and even the trash can lid. The dishwasher comes pre-loaded with detergent — simply load and press start. Enjoy the Sonos whole-house music system, with the option to play different music in each room from the provided tablet.

Please Note: The interior is being thoughtfully set up, and updated furnished photos will be provided soon. The home will be fully stocked and ready for your stay.


Outdoor Oasis
Step into the backyard and enjoy peaceful mornings by the pond, evenings around the custom gas fire pit, or al fresco meals using the pizza oven, gas grill, or charcoal grill. Multiple seating areas make it easy to relax and gather.

The backyard swim spa is also available. It requires 24-hour advance notice and a $35 fee per stay for preparation and heating. Entry is simple through a cloth gate from the deck.


Guest Access
• Parking in the rear alley, in the spot directly in front of the garage beside the silver truck
• Please do not block neighbors’ cars
• Street parking may be available out front but is not guaranteed
• Guests should enter through the back door: walk along the garage, through the first white gate, down the sidewalk, and through the second gate into the yard


House Rules
• Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 11:00 AM
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM
• No pets (severe allergies)
• No smoking indoors; smoking allowed outdoors away from doors/windows (not on porch)
• No parties or events
• Visitors welcome, but no unregistered overnight guests
• Exterior security cameras monitor the front entrance, back entrance, and porch (video only; no sound; no monitoring of the swim spa or inside the home)
