Beautiful 2 level modern lakefront home in Westminster, SC on fabulous Lake Hartwell with spacious covered dock directly across from the Jumping Rock. Clemson & Georgia football is within a reasonable driving distance. 5 Spacious Bedrooms-(2 king Beds, 2 Queen Beds, 2 Twin Beds) with 3 bedrooms upstairs, 2 bedrooms downstairs, and 3 full bathrooms. Four of the 5 Bedrooms face the lake. Modern Kitchen and Appliances. Spacious lakefront screened porch. Lower Level features a paved covered patio with paved gentle slope walkway to the lake. Additional features of this beautiful house has a Big Flat Screen Roku TV in family room and Flat screened tv in master bedroom has Apple TV. High speed wireless internet through out the house. Large Game Room with Ping Pong Table and board games. Washer and dryer and additional full size fridge/freezer on the lower level. Comfortably sleeps 10 people. Propane gas Fire pit and Gas BBQ on upper decks. Paved driveway leads to a 2 car carport. Excellent lake for swimming , fishing, paddle boarding, kayaking, and boating. Great getaway for family and friends. 2 Kayaks and 2 Paddle Boards are provided for guests use.

A delightful home away from home

Everyone in our crew -- ranging in age from 3 to 75 -- enjoyed this home. The kids loved the air hockey, swimming from the dock, and watching folks across the lake jump from Jumping Rock. The screened porch was wonderful, the layout of the house worked well for us, and the dock worked well for our boat. The owner was very prompt in responding to our questions, and neighbors were friendly. A great experience!

outdoor cleanup necessary

The house was clean, kitchen fully equipped and spacious but before we could enjoy any of the outdoor amenities we had a lot of cleaning to do. I had asked the owner if he could send someone over to remove the cobweb’s, dust, and outdoor dirt from the patio’s and dock but was told it was done prior to my arrival. That was not the answer I expected, and the explanation of being of it being an outdoor environment was weak.

Enjoy life!! America

The property was everything we could ask for. The house was fully equipped. We cooked all of our meals there. Two full-size refrigerators, which made it so convenient to have all of our groceries. we thoroughly enjoyed the screen in porch in the evenings we will gather around and talk about our day and the fun that we had had, we return will stay at this property again

Weekend Wedding GetAway

Booked this home for friends and family all traveling from out of town for our son’s wedding in Westminster. The home was great and suited our needs. Accommodations were very nice and kitchen was well stocked with most anything you may need whether staying a weekend or a week. Our host was fantastic with communication and letting us know what to expect on arrival. Highly recommend this home if staying this area for an event as we did or just a great lake house getaway. Thanks again for a wonderful experience!!!

Wonderful birthday weekend!

This property was perfect for our short weekend stay to celebrate our daughter’s birthday. The kitchen was well-equipped and organized. We had plenty of room and activities. The younger adults really enjoyed the paddle boards and kayaks, as well as the indoor play tables. The host was very responsive to a couple of questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

Third Summer

This is our third summer staying at this property. We are two families of adults and teens and everyone love this house. The lake location is as perfect as it comes with jumping rock across the lake, clear deep water at the large dock, quiet neighborhood, and just a hop skip and jump to trails, waterfalls, gardens, etc. we love that the property also offers two paddle boards and two sit on top kayaked keeping everyone entertained and giving you the opportunity to explore all the surrounding coves. Jonathan is so easy to work with every year, we are already looking forward to next summer.

Well Stocked Lake House

The lake house was perfect for our group of 8 adults (4 couples). The kitchen was really well stocked, the paved path to the dock was great and the dock itself was perfect with plenty of chairs and a location right across from Jump Off Rock. Check out instructions were completely reasonable and communication with the host was prompt and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

Great Lake House

My family had a great 2 weeks at this amazing lake house. We used this as a home base while moving out kids out of Clemson and UGa. Location was perfect, and in between the chaos we managed to do some serious relaxing! Fishing off of the dock was surprisingly good, and I watched the boats stop across the lake and jump off of the big rock all day. Next time.. House is in really good shape and had everything we needed. Highly recommend. Thanks Jonathan for making this easy and for all the nice touches.

Excellent Host and Property

Perfect property for family gathering. Host set the bar high with a personal welcome card and bottle of wine. Enjoyed the lake views in the Fall along with kayaks and paddle boards. Plenty of room for guests.

Lake Hartwell Bliss

We loved, loved, loved our weekend here. The house is so clean, spacious, well appointed and FUN! The kitchen had room for all 6 adults to work at their own piece of counter space and the appliances are top quality and seem brand new. It was too chilly to go in the lake, but the view from the multiple porches is fabulous. Going down to the dock made us promise to try to get a booking in warmer months, but it is so peaceful and beautiful now. The ping pong table was a big hit, too. The beds are very comfy and sofas and chair in living area are cozy. Chau Ram park is about 20 min away and we enjoyed the suspension bridge, hike along the river viewing rapids, and playing disc golf!

Family going to Clemson football game

My family wanted to be together for a Clemson game. We rented this property and enjoyed it very much. The kitchen is well stocked and that is very important to me. The host could not have been better!! It seemed like the property was way out from Clemson but after we learned the way it was fine. I had 8 adults and 2 children. We would love to go back in warm weather and enjoy the lake and dock!!

Great family trip

This was a great house for a family weekend getaway. Plenty of space for kids to run around. The dock is awesome. The homeowner was super helpful in giving us plenty of suggestions of things to do nearby. The kitchen was well stocked.

Peaceful Getaway

I cant give more than 5 stars but if I could I would!!! This was a fun weekend away two families with teenagers and young adults, everything was there for us, to the kayaks and sail boards, to a welcome note and bottle of wine. Super comfortable weekend!

This space gave my family a wonderfully relaxing and comfortable weekend. Jonathan's communication was top notch. We cooked most meals and found the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The lake was beautiful and it was great to have use of the dock to enjoy, as well as the paddle boards and kayaks. It also had comfy beds and linens! We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

Perfect place!

We rented this for the weekend after my husbands graduation. We had his family down and flew my family from Texas where they all got to meet for the first time. This was the perfect place for all of us and had so many little things to enjoy all weekend! We used all the amenities including playing games in the pool room, kayaking/paddle boarding, and hanging out on the dock. The place was very clean and had everything one could need for an amazing stay. Highly recommend their house!

More Family Memories

We had another great week on Hartwell. Our family loves this property. It’s nice and secluded yesterday still just a short 15min drive to the grocery or 25min drive to a Walmart, Lowes, etc. The house is roomy and open with plenty of space for our big family. The dock is large and on deep clear water. We can’t wait to come back again. Thank you Jonathan for your hospitality!

Fun and relaxing!

We loved our stay. The weather was perfect, the beds were comfortable and the screened in porch was fantastic. We loved watching people jump off the jumping rock so we rented a boat and jumped off as well! My kids loved the paddle boards. Great place!
