Property next to the mill of Westkapelle!

This 5-person holiday apartment, completely renovated in 2015, is located in the center of Westkapelle, next to the mill "De Noorman", which was built in 1852. It is a detached, semi-detached house, half of which has been released for tourist rental. So you have an entire family home for yourself!
The house has a private parking space with bicycle storage and at the rear a terrace on the west, where you can enjoy the evening sun. The beach and the dunes are 5 minutes away. walking distance from the house and on the way, in the main street of the village, there are various restaurants, shops and cafeterias.
There is free WiFi available and a TV cable subscription with a foreign package.
A dog is also welcome in consultation, there is a screened terrace where your dog can roam freely outside. The Kreekebos is a 5-minute walk away, where you can enjoy walking with your four-legged friend. We ask € 35 for your dog. This includes cleaning costs. We are very careful with the house and want the next guests to be fresh and comfortable so that everyone can enjoy our wonderful facilities.

Layout property:
The living room has a modern "open" kitchen with 5-burner stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, kettle and dishwasher. There is also a modern sitting area on the ground floor, a cozy dining table and in the hall a toilet and storage cupboard with washing and drying combination.
The back door of the house gives access to the terrace with a terrace table with chairs.

The bedrooms are located on the upper floor. The two large bedrooms have a double bed and the small room has a single bed. All rooms have cupboard space.
The bathroom has a beautiful modern spacious shower, washbasin furniture and towel radiator.
