Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Security Deposit Disclaimer: Although rare, accidental damage does happen during a stay. In lieu of a security deposit, guests can rest easy knowing that this property is covered with up to $5,000 of "all risk" damage protection provided by Waivo. Westhampton Beach Bungalow Gem!
If you're willing to spend the money and like rustic charm, this place is wonderful! Bungalow 3 was right in front of the bay (serene and very warm water) and hidden walkway to what seemed like a private beach gave a perfect impressions of the water surrounding both sides of Dune Road. The description of the Bungalow was spot-on. Of course, we would have loved a larger fridge but otherwise it was a great place to stay. Caution that the grocery shopping downtown is limited so we suggest you bring food with you (or grab fruits/vegetables from one of the many local farmstands you'll pass on the way - once you got to Dune Road, there are no amenities (though a nice fish shack). Standup Paddleboards for provided for shared use and were always available. They forgot to put ice in our cooler but quickly responded via text. Small bottles of shampoo & conditioner so you may want to bring your own. A/C and fans cooled off the place nicely. This was a wonderful place for a combo ocean/bay getaway (though be mindful of the ocean waves - on the weekend they were there they were powerful - no lifeguard on this private area). We loved it and are thinking about coming back next year.

Don’t waste your money
I knew the bungalows would be ‘rustic’ however they are super old and not in good repair. Within minutes of arriving the doorknob fell off in my hand. Immediately we were trying to kill flying bugs in the unit. After fixing the doorknob ourself (lucky to be handy) we left for dinner. Upon arriving back after dark, we found lots of small bugs crawling everywhere in the bathroom and kitchen. No way could we stay there and have our belongings and food we bought get infested with bugs. So we left, not returning, really upset for being conned into spending a lot per night for this rental. Do yourself a favor, don’t bother. The management people offered to send an exterminator maybe the next day, but then we’d have to be subjected to who knows what of chemicals on our stuff and surfaces. I took a good look at the windows and found rotting wood, large gaps in the framing of the screens, and torn screens, it’s no wonder it’s full of bugs! I’ve stayed in lots of VRBO properties and this is a first writing this kind or review.. Beware!

What a sweet spot! While rustic on the outside, even more charming on the inside! Complete with numerous thoughtful details and a clearly engaged host, a worthwhile splurge for a quick get away or a fantastic rental opportunity for a multi family gathering. Well done.

Place was clean. It's a bungalow on the bay.
Exactly what we expected. Beachy and charming. Bare bones, not fancy but not cheap. Surprisingly equipped kitchen complete with some complimentary drinks and snacks. There isn't a TV but you can stream with their wifi. Ocean access across Dune Rd is super convenient. We were in unit #3. On the water and super sweet. Mini fridge was small but they stocked the Yeti cooler with ice and it lasted 3 nights. We enjoyed our little beach bungalow and would do it again!

Amazing getaway!
Just a couple hours from the city but really feels like a getaway. The bungalow is very cute and very clean. The bed is super comfortable. Our bungalow had a hammock which was amazing. It’s on the bay and across the street from the ocean so location is perfect! Grill worked well and there’s an outdoor patio/dinning table. There are other bungalows on the property but they all feel so hidden and private from each other. There are bikes and paddle boards for the guests. The temperature of the bedroom was perfect (great a/c). Highly recommend. One of my favorite getaways from the city.

Perfect weekend getaway
Everything was just as the pictures showed - such a cute place! It was really peaceful sitting outside on the deck. The beach across the street is beautiful. Would definitely recommend for a weekend!!
