"There isn't anything I liked . The hotel was awful, staff unhelpful even after we complained. The manger was useless and unhelpful. The shower was broken bed side cabinet was also broken . Draw stuck out the side of bed . It would not close . I kept catching my leg on it . The headboard was dirty . The stairs was very steep. Not the best hotel. won't stay again . Meals was awful . "We only stayed for 1 night but we were so impressed with how comfy, clean and spacious the lodge was and also the location of the hotel such a beautiful setting with the castle very close by really picturesque. Hotel staff were brilliant very helpful and couldn’t do enough for you. The breakfast which was included in the price was delicious and the eggs Benedict were perfect with a nice runny yolk. We’ll definitely stay again as Orford is such a beautiful quaint place to visit."

"We stayed here for our anniversary, its a very impressive building, staff were very friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice, large bed, great big soft pillows, air con nice and cold. Only issue was the water pressure of the shower, if you wanted anything other than a cold shower the water pressure dropped so you were basically hugging the wall to get under the water. We did let the staff know this upon checkout. We had drinks out on the terrace overlooking the golf course which was lovely...
